Either, the complete millbase is collected after each pass through the bead mill (single or multiple pass), or else the millbase is fed directly back into the supply vessel from the outlet of the milling chamber (re-circulation method).

During the dispersion process, product to be dispersed is fed through the horizontal milling chamber and continuously dispersed.
The DISPERMAT® can be used as a dissolver as well as a bead mill. The Milling System APS can easily be fitted to the DISPERMAT® laboratory dissolver. It is filled with the appropriate quantity of millbase. The milling toll is lowered. The milling beads are introduced whilst the milling slowly rotates.
